5. For best results, use about 5 times per week and stay consistent for 4–6 weeks.

Comfort & Wellness (Near-Infrared)

Near-infrared light is designed to provide topical heating for the purpose of elevating tissue temperature and may help with the temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain, stiffness, and muscle spasm, as well as to promote relaxation of muscle tissue and temporarily increase local blood circulation.
