Return & Refund Policy

Overview

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fmlave.com.
  • Most new, unopened items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective item, or shipping mistake), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Returns must follow the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process below.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all inserts.
  • Your return request must be submitted within 60 days from the delivery date.
  • An order number and RMA are required.

How to Return

  1. Contact Return Customer Support: +1(626) - 438-5510 or contact@fmlave.com.
  2. Request an RMA. We will provide the RMA and step‑by‑step instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the return address with the RMA clearly indicated on the parcel.
  4. Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until the refund is completed.
  5. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error; in that case we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse the postage.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or shows signs of tampering.
  • Dietary supplements that have been opened, unsealed, or have a broken/removed safety seal (for safety and hygiene reasons).
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components/accessories.
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
  • “Empty box” returns (packaging without product).
  • Items purchased more than 60 days ago, unless defective or shipped incorrectly.

Condition Requirements

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Include the RMA and a copy of the order confirmation inside the parcel.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 10 days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 60 days of delivery with photos or a description.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost is still non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a replacement is requested, we will ship once the return is approved.

Exchanges

  • For eligible unopened items, an exchange may be arranged upon request.
  • Availability of replacement items is subject to stock.
  • For defective items, we'll cover all return costs (shipping & restocking fees).

Notes

  • If your order included promotional bundles or gifts, please return all included items to qualify for a full refund. Otherwise, a partial refund may be applied based on retained items.
