Subscription Policy
This Subscription Policy explains how Fmlave subscriptions (“Subscribe & Save”) work. By starting or managing a subscription on our store, you agree to the terms below.
1) Subscription availability (not all products)
Subscriptions are only available for select products and/or variants.
If a product does not display a subscription option on its product page, it is not available for subscription at this time.
We may add or remove subscription eligibility for products over time.
2) Auto-renewal (recurring orders)
When you purchase a subscription, it is auto-renewing. This means we will automatically create and charge a new order at your selected interval unless you cancel.
3) Delivery intervals
Available delivery intervals can vary by product and may include options such as:

Every 2 weeks

Every 1 month

Every 2 months

Other intervals we may offer in the future
The interval shown on the product page and in your subscription details is the interval that applies to your subscription.
4) Pricing, subscription savings, taxes, and shipping
Subscription savings may change
Subscription discounts vary by product and may change over time (for example, savings shown today may be updated later).
What you will pay
The total charged for each subscription order is the amount shown at checkout and in your subscription and order confirmation details, including:

Product price at the time the subscription order is processed

Any applicable subscription discount shown for that order

Applicable taxes

Shipping charges (if any)
5) Recurring charge authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Fmlave to charge your payment method on file through Shopify Payments for each recurring subscription order until you cancel.
6) Manage, skip, pause, or cancel
You can manage your subscription through your customer account, which may allow you to:

Update your next order date (reschedule)

Skip an upcoming order

Pause and resume
-
Cancel at any time

7) Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, we will not create new subscription orders for that subscription.
If an order has already been created/processed before you cancel, it may still ship and will follow our standard order, return, and refund policies.
8) Payment failures
If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge:

Up to 3 retry attempts

7 days between retry attempts
If all retry attempts fail, your subscription may be canceled, and we may send you a notification.
9) Out-of-stock items
If an item is out of stock when a subscription order is scheduled, we may:

Retry fulfillment attempts (up to 5 attempts, typically 1 day apart), and/or
-
Skip that order and notify you
Your subscription may remain active for future shipments unless you cancel.
10) Policy updates
We may update this Subscription Policy, subscription-eligible products, delivery intervals, discounts, and subscription settings from time to time. Updates apply to future subscription orders.
11) Returns & refunds
Subscription orders follow the same return/refund rules as one-time purchases. Please refer to our Return/Refund policy for details.
