Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders placed Sunday–Thursday ship on the next business day.
- Orders placed Friday–Saturday ship on Monday.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates & Methods
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
- Any free‑shipping promotions or thresholds will be shown at checkout when applicable.
- We recommend choosing a tracked service; tracking details are sent by email when available.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (U.S.): typically 6–7 days depending on carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Overview
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fmlave.com.
- Most new, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
- If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective item, or shipping mistake), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Returns must follow the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process below.

Eligibility
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all inserts.
- Your return request must be submitted within 15 days from the delivery date.
- An order number and RMA are required.
How to Return

- Request an RMA. We will provide the RMA and step‑by‑step instructions.
- Ship the item to the return address with the RMA clearly indicated on the parcel.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until the refund is completed.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error; in that case we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse the postage.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Any item that has been opened, used, or shows signs of tampering.
- Dietary supplements that have been opened or unsealed (safety and hygiene).
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components/accessories.
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
- “Empty box” returns (packaging without product).
- Items purchased more than 15 days ago, unless defective or shipped incorrectly.
Condition Requirements
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Include the RMA and a copy of the order confirmation inside the parcel.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Inspection & Approval
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 10 days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos or a description.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
